At Spit & Polish Property Management, we provide trusted, professional property care designed to give homeowners complete peace of mind. Whether you live overseas, own a holiday home, manage an investment property, or simply need dependable support on the ground in Cyprus, we deliver disciplined property oversight with a personal family approach.
Meet the People who look after your property
Spit & Polish Property Management was founded by husband-and-wife team Mick and Kathy Pearce.
Based in the Famagusta region of Cyprus, we support overseas property owners who want confidence that their property is being properly cared for while they are away.
Mick brings more than 20 years of military service, including supporting the Royal Household, where professionalism, accountability and attention to detail were essential every day.
Kathy brings extensive experience in business ownership, project management, client service and communication, with a strong focus on organisation, trust and building strong client relationships.
Together, we combine military standards with personal service, providing dependable local support, clear communication and genuine care for every property we manage.
Why 'Spit and Polish'?
The name Spit & Polish reflects the principles at the heart of our business.
In military life, "spit and polish" is about far more than appearance. It represents pride in standards, attention to detail, personal responsibility and doing things properly, even when nobody is watching.
Those same values guide the way we care for every property entrusted to us. We do what we say we will do, communicate openly, take responsibility and never leave things to chance.
Combined with the family values that shape how we work with people, these principles define our approach.
