We primarily operate from the United Kingdom and Cyprus. 3) Information from third parties: We do not routinely collect personal information from third parties. In some cases, we may receive information where you have been referred to us by another individual, business, or professional contact, or where you choose to interact with us through a third-party platform.

We do not purchase personal data, use advertising networks, or receive personal information from analytics or advertising partners.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or trade union membership) or information relating to children (see Children's Privacy).

Typical retention periods: Enquiry records: 24 months from last interaction; Marketing consents: until you withdraw or after 24 months of inactivity; Contract-related records: 6–7 years (statutory obligations in the UK and Cyprus). We may anonymise data so it is no longer associated with you. We may retain anonymised data indefinitely.
